Map the People in Your Corner

Relationships · 3-page PDF · 15-25 minutes

Identify trusted adults, practical contacts, and gaps in your support.

What this workbook helps you do

Different people can help with different problems. A teacher may understand a course requirement; a supervisor may explain a work process. Build a small map of trusted contacts and ask permission before expecting ongoing support. Keep private stories and other people's contact details off copies you share widely.

A practice example

A young man needs help with transport and a school deadline. One trusted adult helps him compare routes; an adviser answers the academic question. He does not expect one person to solve both.
