Request a Mentorship Conversation

Start with a conversation

Tell us what you want to work on.

Request information about mentorship, financial education, or the next practical step. Staff will discuss fit, current availability, meeting format, expectations, and any costs before enrollment.

The project focuses on young men ages 17 and older in Los Angeles County. A parent or guardian should join the initial conversation for a 17-year-old. This form is completed by an adult using their own contact information.

For adults 18 and older. Parents, guardians, and authorized staff can request a conversation about a young person. Start with your own contact information.

Do not include a young person’s name, date of birth, case history, health information, school records, or financial documents. Staff will discuss the appropriate next step privately.

Staff review each request. Submission does not confirm enrollment, a workshop place, or mentor approval.
