Explore Becoming a Mentor

High expectations. Practical support.

Help a young man take the next step.

Start by sharing your interests, relevant skills, and general availability. We are looking for people willing to listen, keep commitments, respect boundaries, and help a young man take ownership of his work.

A conversation first

Staff discuss your interest, experience, availability, and the support the program currently needs.

Screening and preparation

Mentor participation requires the applicable staff-reviewed screening, orientation, and boundaries process. Submitting this form is an inquiry, not approval or assignment.

Clear responsibilities and follow-up

Staff confirm the role, expectations, communication procedures, and ongoing support before an assignment.

For adults 18 and older. Parents, guardians, and authorized staff can request a conversation about a young person. Start with your own contact information.

Do not include a young person’s name, date of birth, case history, health information, school records, or financial documents. Staff will discuss the appropriate next step privately.

Staff review each request. Submission does not confirm enrollment, a workshop place, or mentor approval.
