Outcomes Before Claims

Community partners · 3-page PDF · 15-25 minutes

A reporting worksheet for programs that want evidence to match their words.

What this workbook helps you do

A credible program report distinguishes activity, participant feedback, completed work, and longer-term outcomes. Record where each number came from, the period it covers, and what is missing. A small honest account is more useful than an impressive claim that cannot be supported.

A practice example

A program hosted four sessions with twelve participants. Those are participation figures. Calling all twelve participants employed would require separate, verified evidence.
