Mentorship · 3-page PDF · 15-25 minutes
Track participation and completed work without inventing impact claims.
What this workbook helps you do
Progress should match the goal you agreed to pursue. Attendance tells you who came; it does not prove that a life changed. Record concrete work, the participant's own account, and what remains uncertain. Use a small set of relevant measures and explain what they can and cannot show.
A practice example
A resume completed, an appointment attended, and a participant's explanation of a new skill are different kinds of evidence. Keep them distinct instead of treating all three as a guaranteed employment outcome.
