The Seven-Day Start

Planning · 3-page PDF · 15-25 minutes

A short planning sprint for a young man who needs a clear place to begin.

What this workbook helps you do

You do not need a complete life plan before taking a useful first step. Start by choosing one neglected responsibility and giving it a place in the week. Small commitments still need a clear finish. "Work on school" is vague; "email the adviser with two questions" can be completed and reviewed.

A practice example

Andre has delayed asking about a missing assignment. His first action is to find the correct contact and write a clear question. The first week produces information he can use.
