The Weekly Review

Planning · 3-page PDF · 15-25 minutes

A repeatable review for commitments, unfinished work, and the next decision.

What this workbook helps you do

A review is useful when it changes the next week. Start with the agreement you made, then compare it with what actually happened. A missed commitment might expose avoidance, a missing skill, or an unrealistic schedule. Those require different responses. Describe the evidence before explaining yourself.

A practice example

A student planned four study sessions and completed two. He discovers that two sessions conflicted with his work shift. He changes those times and keeps the same learning goal.
